After a decade working across recruitment and hiring environments for SMEs to large multinational organisations in the UK to Australia, the problems are consistent.

Recruiters and hiring managers were often forced to manually sift through hundreds of CVs, with time-to-hire counted in months. Relying on fragmented ATS systems and generic ranking tools that rarely reflected how experienced recruiters actually assess talent.

RipperWorks was designed around how experienced recruiters actually identify strong candidates, balancing relevance, context, experience, certifications, timing, and fit.

Our goal is to help organisations better allocate time to connecting with great talent, supporting this with better intelligence, visibility, and confidence.

Jonathan Winter

Co-Founder

Jonathan spent years working across recruitment and hiring environments, from SMEs to large multinational organisations, seeing first hand how difficult it was for teams to confidently identify the right candidates and the time inefficiencies in the process.

After being on the ground for a decade interacting with HR, hiring managers and candidates alike, he founded RipperWorks to build a more intelligent and human-centred approach to workforce decision-making, working towards a more positive experience.

Steve Quenette

Co-Founder

Steve leads the intelligence infrastructure and product architecture behind RipperWorks, combining AI, data systems, and operational design to build workforce intelligence tools that support real-world hiring and staffing environments.
